This is not an advert for a future business. Rather it is an entry documenting the development of a facility that is similar to others already included. If this entry is to be deleted, then Wynn Las Vegas and many other building related pages need to be removed.

By starting the page during construction it is easier to build the history behind a given project. What's wrong with adding facts when they are available.
