I'm a rather frequent contributor to Swedish Wikipedia, and I occasionally edit articles in English. I also read and write French, so if you want to write a comment but don't feel too comfortable writing in English, n'hésitez pas. Comments written in German will most likely be answered in English, comments in Norwegian or Danish will be answered in Swedish unless you explicitly ask for a response in English. Comments in Spanish or Russian are likely to go through automatic translation and may end up distorted.
