Another apparently lost/orphaned VfD nom, as it doesn't appear to have ever been posted to the main page, and has no voting page. Tagged November 22. Procedural/Delete--fictional character from a game Blood (computer game), but not considered important enuf to be mentioned in that article. Has been on cleanup since October 9.
