Cooper's Advice
[edit]Just added a citation needed tag to this:
Cooper, who held a trusted business relationship with Adam Osborne was privy to an early viewing of the yet to be released new Osborne II (Executive) model, sighting warehouses full of the first model, Cooper cautioned Osborne that the Osborne II should only be announced once clearance of the original Osborne 1 stock holdings had been depleted[citation needed], ultimately dismissing such advice contributed to Osborne Corporations demise and Chapter 11 filing in September 1983...
If this is true, then Cooper was there in time to prevent the Osbourne effect but was ignored. This is a pretty huge piece of the story if true, but if this is just hearsay then it absolutely needs to go. I couldn't immediately find a reliable citation for this but I don't have time to dig deeper. MrAureliusRTalk! 17:53, 4 June 2022 (UTC)
