Hey Alex - first, welcome to wikipedia. I wanted to let you know, around here, it's asked that you sign all your comments. You do this by putting 4 tildes (~~~~) at the end of your comments. →Raul654 06:35, Jun 9, 2004 (UTC)
- Alex, I'll be back in a moment with some links to key pages around here for you as a way of welcoming you to the site and providing you with resources you may find useful, but I wanted to let you know first that I've left a note at Talk:Evil for you. Welcome to Wikipedia, and thanks for having such a healthy attitude about the work here -- it is wonderful to work with someone who takes an open-minded and serious approach, and rare to find that combination in someone who's just arrived. :-) U of T, eh? A friend of mine went to grad school there a few years ago -- I (although American) attended Simon Fraser University for a couple of years, and greatly enjoyed my stay in Canada. Never been to Ontario, though -- must get there someday. Well, enough rambling....I'll be right back with a proper greeting for you. Jwrosenzweig 16:11, 11 Jun 2004 (UTC)
All right, official greeting now: welcome to Wikipedia, Alex. I hope you like the place and decide to join the community. Drop a note at Wikipedia:New user log so others can meet you and help you get started. If you need editing help, I suggest visiting Wikipedia:How to edit a page, or taking the Wikipedia:Tutorial. For format questions, visit our manual of style. If you have any other questions about the project then check out Wikipedia:Help or add a question to the Newcomers' Village pump. And of course, feel free to talk with me or ask questions on my talk page. Enjoy! --Jwrosenzweig 16:22, 11 Jun 2004 (UTC)
