Hi Moink -- I really like this page. In part, because it so clearly lays out expectations and what you need (very important) and I also like it because it's somewhat different from the way that I've conducted a couple of successful mediations so far. (See Mediation Proposal for 2002 Gujarat violence and Mediation Proposal between GrazingshipIV and Kingturtle for examples.)
I'm thinking that it would be great if we could "chat" after you've done a couple, and see if it males sense for as many mediators as possible to have a page like this to help users choose a mediator who fits their needs/style/preference. Let me know what you think when you get a chance.
