Translation from Italian article
[edit]As requested in Wikipedia:Translation into English I have translated the corresponding Italian article it:Gershom Scholem. I have put it under the original text. It should be merged and checked for grammar and spell check. The fact stated should also be checked. I have no knowledge in the argument and I have just done a translation. I had to use some specialistic words that I do not know and I do not how to write in English. Any error is not wanted. I hope I have not done any error that could hurt the subsceptibility of anyone. If it is happened by mistake, it was not my intention. In particular it should be check when Jewish, Jew and similar should be written and when Hebrew and similar. AnyFile 18:20, 29 Jan 2005 (UTC)
Martin Buber
[edit]The section on Martin Buber is abominable -- it is simply incredible that Scholem could have believed, for instance, that Buber had no understanding of Hebrew when he in fact produced an important German translation; worse, Scholem's criticisms are stated as if they were facts about Buber, which is highly dubious. This article wants that objectivity that any encyclopedia (and I would certainly hope, Wikipedia) demands. —The preceding unsigned comment was added by 75.160.146.253 (talk) 20:21, 14 April 2007 (UTC).
Gershom/Gerschom
[edit]Which is it? Article title is Gershom, first paragraph says Gerschom. Am I missing something here? —Preceding unsigned comment added by 64.216.107.84 (talk) 05:02, 13 November 2008 (UTC)
Lists of Israel Prize and Bialik Prize Recipients
[edit]The "See also" section of this article includes references to the Wikipedia Lists of all the recipients of the Israel Prize and Bialik Prize. These lists are in no way repetitive of other information in the article and, in fact, appear nowhere else in English on the Internet, nor does any category contain such lists. To delete reference to such lists as repetative, as a user has recently done, is simply not correct. Furthermore, references to such lists are to be found in every article of individual recipients of such prizes. Davshul (talk) 19:11, 20 January 2010 (UTC)
