Image Tagging Image:ABledel.jpg

[edit]
Warning sign
This media may be deleted.

Thanks for uploading Image:ABledel.jpg. I notice the 'image' page currently doesn't specify who created the content, so the copyright status is therefore unclear. If you have not created this media yourself then you need to argue that we have the right to use the media on Wikipedia (see copyright tagging below). If you have not created the media yourself then you should also specify where you found it, i.e., in most cases link to the website where you got it, and the terms of use for content from that page.

If the media also doesn't have a copyright tag then you must also add one. If you created/took the picture, audio, or video then you can use {{GFDL}} to release it under the GFDL. If you believe the media qualifies as fair use, please read fair use, and then use a tag such as {{Non-free fair use in|article name}} or one of the other tags listed at Wikipedia:Image copyright tags#Fair_use. See Wikipedia:Image copyright tags for the full list of copyright tags that you can use.

If you have uploaded other media, please check that you have specified their source and copyright tagged them, too. You can find a list of 'image' pages you have edited by clicking on the "my contributions" link (it is located at the very top of any Wikipedia page when you are logged in), and then selecting "Image" from the dropdown box. Note that any unsourced and untagged images will be deleted one week after they have been uploaded, as described on criteria for speedy deletion. Thank you. Baikonur 20:50, 1 February 2006 (UTC)[reply]

I'm so sorry! I don't remember where I found this image, and I may have misunderstood its licensing. Maybe it could qualify as fair use, or then again, you'd better delete it. Geneviève 22:00, 1 February 2006 (UTC)[reply]
Ok, no problem. Thanks for your fast answer. I listed it on "Images and media for deletion". I don't know if it qualifies as fair use, because I'm from the German Wikipedia and don't know much about the fair use doctrine, so let's see what they decide. --Baikonur 21:03, 2 February 2006 (UTC)[reply]

Hi Genevieve, I have a passion for similar Nightgowns and slips, and have quite a collection. Interested in your's, how many do yuo have and what brands are you favourite. I have some Vanity fair (40's) some with the labels missing but I guess must be around the 30's - 50's. That white nightgown looks very much like a "Miss Elaine", I have several very similar in Pale blue, pink and Lilac. Love to have a white one. Will I hear rom you? hope so its good to find a budding collector. see you here soon Zab Zab1 17:22, 2 October 2006 (UTC) Zab1 17:22, 2 October 2006 (UTC)ZabZab1 17:22, 2 October 2006 (UTC)[reply]

Hello! Yes, I have quite a collection myself. Some of my favourites are Dior, Vassarette and Miss Elaine. Miss Elaine's nightgowns are incredibly soft and sensual. I simply adore them! :) Geneviève 20:21, 2 October 2006 (UTC)[reply]

Thanks for replying so quickly. I know, your absolutely right about Miss Elaine's Nightgowns being so soft and certainly very very sensual. Have you ever tried wearing a few together they have such a silky soft feeling to them. Its strange that they have to be sought out and only some of the large but obscure department stores hold stock. I was lucky some short while back I found a Miss Elaine White and Oh Oh so soft Neglige:¬) I guess its up there as one of my favourites and looks and feels again so sensual. I guess I ought to get some images uploaded for you.! Where do you get your's from? Have you any more Pix of yours? Hope to heare very soon ZABZab1 13:00, 3 October 2006 (UTC)[reply]

Unspecified source for Image:Catchthief.jpg

[edit]

Thanks for uploading Image:Catchthief.jpg. I noticed that the file's description page currently doesn't specify who created the content, so the copyright status is unclear. If you did not create this file yourself, then you will need to specify the owner of the copyright. If you obtained it from a website, then a link to the website from which it was taken, together with a restatement of that website's terms of use of its content, is usually sufficient information. However, if the copyright holder is different from the website's publisher, then their copyright should also be acknowledged.

As well as adding the source, please add a proper copyright licensing tag if the file doesn't have one already. If you created/took the picture, audio, or video then the {{GFDL-self}} tag can be used to release it under the GFDL. If you believe the media meets the criteria at Wikipedia:Fair use, use a tag such as {{non-free fair use in|article name}} or one of the other tags listed at Wikipedia:Image copyright tags#Fair use. See Wikipedia:Image copyright tags for the full list of copyright tags that you can use.

If you have uploaded other files, consider checking that you have specified their source and tagged them, too. You can find a list of files you have uploaded by following this link. Unsourced and untagged images may be deleted one week after they have been tagged, as described on criteria for speedy deletion. If the image is copyrighted under a non-free license (per Wikipedia:Fair use) then the image will be deleted 48 hours after 11:24, 24 June 2007 (UTC). If you have any questions please ask them at the Media copyright questions page. Thank you. —Angr 11:24, 24 June 2007 (UTC)[reply]

The article Miss Elaine has been proposed for deletion because of the following concern:

No coverage that I can find.

While all contributions to Wikipedia are appreciated, content or articles may be deleted for any of several reasons.

You may prevent the proposed deletion by removing the {{proposed deletion/dated}} notice, but please explain why in your edit summary or on the article's talk page.

Please consider improving the article to address the issues raised. Removing {{proposed deletion/dated}} will stop the proposed deletion process, but other deletion processes exist. In particular, the speedy deletion process can result in deletion without discussion, and articles for deletion allows discussion to reach consensus for deletion.  Mbinebri  talk ← 15:21, 17 March 2012 (UTC)[reply]

A kitten for you!

[edit]

Are you the person that made recent changes to "Slip (clothing)" ? Originally,I was just giving the page ratings, but when I saw I had the option to edit the page,I figured I'd give it a try.If you are indeed the author,it was never my intention to be critical of your earlier work.Did you post the most recent photo of the full slip, and if yes,do you make them yourself--they are really awesome !
