Warm water port
[edit]Removed sentence re: warm water port. That was a concern of Peter the great. The Soviets had warm water ports in the Baltics, in the Black Sea, and in the Pacific.
"after their failure in that same war," the Britist and French succeeded in that war "militarily"... It was the US that made them withdraw...
Eisenhower doctrine and female genital mutilation
