Tags for claim on reduction in bombings

I've tagged a sentence sourced to Mort Zuckerman that claims that the Israeli practice of targeting master bomb-makers like Ayash led to a reduction in bombings. Zuckerman is not a reliable source for this information. And I couldn't find mention of it in his op-ed here, which by the by, is of the most one-sided, vitrolic rants against Arabs I have read in some time. In any case, this statement seems to be contradicted by the material I added just before it about the four suicide bombings that immediately followed Ayyash's death. It is therefore an exceptional claim that I believe requires an exceptional source. I'd like to remove it altogether until the proper sourcing can be found. Are there any objections? I stand by my assessment of the reliability of the Irgun guy, which you did not counter with any valid argument, but now that is irrelevant. No worries. It is a common name. There's a (probably unrelated) Canadian pol BLP (Sam Katz) with the same initials (and possibly full name - didn't check what the M. stands for). For Jews (or Jewish origin) Katz is a very common surname and Samuel is a very common given name.Icewhiz (talk) 15:55, 13 August 2017 (UTC)[reply]
