The Great Pacific War: A History of the American-Japanese Campaign of 1931-33 was book written by American author Hector C. Bywater and published in 1927. The book was a futurist speculation on a war between the United States and the Japanese Empire in the early 1930s. It is considered eeriely prescient in imagining many of the details of the war in the Pacific Ocean in World War II, including the Attack on Pearl Harbor.
