Under 'Statements made in the aftermath , a group linked to al-Qaida is mentioned. The group is the Abu Hafs al-Masri Brigades, who have also recently claimed responsibility for the Madrid March 11th bombings. An article for this group exists in Wikipedia. I ask for a link to that to be added to the 2003 U.S. Canada Blackout article.
While I am not advocating that we sound off on behalf of terrorists --actual or wannabes!--, I believe, for the sake of completeness-- that this link should be added.
Any thoughts?
