[edit]I live in Slovenia, have played guitar and keyboards in many bands, have been to many, many concerts and shows in the past 15 years, know the local scene here like my own pocket and then come here to Wikipedia and under Slovenian rock, I read one and only band called "hit et nunc" as representative of Slovenian rock ????????? My first response was: O.M.G., W.T.F. ??? I, all my friends, guitarsists, singers, drummers, keyboardists, anyone I asked, you name it, have NEVER EVER in entire life heard of a band, artist or whatever it is, called "hit et nunc". Also, after typing "hit et nunc" in Google, NOTHING comes out! That lead me to conclusion that: FIRST: the author of this article is talking about some other country! SECOND: the author of this article was heavily drunk when typing this article! OR, THIRD: "hit et nunc" is maby some teenage garage band that had just formed, playing in their parents basement and found Wikipedia to be excellent tool to make international promotion..
- Feel free to make any changes you like, as long as they are in keeping with NPOV. Tuf-Kat 22:05, Feb 18, 2005 (UTC)
- Heh, you must be quite young. Although Hic et Nunc may not be the most representative Slovenian Rock band they have been around for quite a while... Well, here's just one random of many links. And BTW, you've made a typo so Google ofcourse couldn't find anything... Peace.
Laibach
[edit]Though it may be questionable if Laibach can be confined to the boundaries of the description "rock music", one thing is certain. They operate and have always operated from Slovenia. The Teutonic thing is their image. There is a philosophy behind it, and it's certainly not "we are wannabe Germans", or "we live and work in Germany".
Editing out the part about them working in Germany. To whoever put that in - educate yourself. That's what wikipedia is for. The Laibach article is only a click away. Go on, click on the link, you know you want to. TomorrowTime 02:14, 30 December 2006 (UTC)
